Thomas and Alexander Part Deux
It's Candid Carrie's Part Deaux
The last we heard from Alexander, he'd been caught at the bar (wine tasting). This upset Sandi so she threatened Alexander with the paper shredder. Alexander, offended, ran out the front door.....stupid damn pumpkin.........
We learned that Alexander voluntarily admitted himself into a rehab program at a center called Hillbilly Rehabilitation Center and Flea Market up in Rutledge, Missouri. We also learned that Alexander, after one week of rehab, walked off the property and no one knows where he went, but someone overheard him tell someone else, who overheard that person tell the nurse, who told the janitor, who told the grief counselor, that he was headed south to N. Missouri.
Along the way, Alexander encountered some serious trouble and not knowing what to do in this particular situation he decided to give Thomas a call and see if he had any idea's.
"Yo, Thomas......Alex here.......uh.......I've got this little problem and I'm not sure how to handle it so I thought I'd give you a ringy ding and see if you could help me out".
"Alex!! Where the hell are you man........Sandi is PISSSSSSED"!
Alexander says"That's the problem, dude, I have no idea where I'm at and all of the sudden, outta the blue, these two guys show up, dude..........and dude, they don't look very happy to see me".
Thomas says, "Uh, what guys?"
Alexander says, "THESE GUYS". "They've been stalking me for hours and I don't know what to do to get rid of them".
"Holy Fly Rod, Alex"! "Those are the nefarious Jace Boys, Tonto and Fontenot". "Those two are at the top of the FBI's Most Wanted list!"
Meanwhile, Tonto and Fontenot were trying to come up with a plan to capture ole pumpkin boy. They needed some Halloween decorations, and Alexander fit the bill to a tee.
"Ugh, Tonto." "We find good hidem place and jump out and scare crap outta pumpkin".
"Ugh, Fontenot". "Good idea, let's go". "I see perfect place to hide".
Meanwhile, Thomas and Alexander are trying to hatch a plan to get Alexander outta there.
"Thomas" said Alexander. "I think I need a margarita with lots of salt, on the rocks". "Yes, that would be nice".
"I'll tell you what would be nice Alexander!" "Shut your pumpkin face and listen to me". "You're fixin to need more than a margarita if you don't get outta there pronto"!! "Do you see any tree's where you're at?"
"Yeah, Thomas....there are tree's".
"When Tonto and Fontenot aren't looking, you need to skitter up one as fast as you can".
When Alexander was safely ensconced up the tree he said to Thomas, "You ain't gonna believe this, Tommy ole boy". The Jace Boys are trying to hide from me too"!
"Ugh, Tonto". "Where pumpkin boy"? I don't see him anywhere".
"Ugh, Fontenot". "Me have no idea where pumpkin boy is. It your idea to hide here and now we've lost him". "Me know better than to listen to you". "Now you've ruined everything you idiot indian"!
"Thomas, I think I've lost them". "I don't see them anywhere". "Oh, wait"! "There they are". "Tonto is kicking Fontenot's ass"! "I'm gonna make a run for it while I can".
As Alexander runs as fast as he can over the river and through the woods, to Grandmother's house he goes........oh wait..........wrong story. Alexander is dashing across the grassy knoll when he suddenly see's something that terrify's him even more than the indians.
It's......it's.......it's...........drum roll, please...........

Big News Out of San Fran
A sex worker who goes by the name of Violet
stands at a San Francisco, California, bus stop.
San Francisco would become the first major U.S. city to decriminalize prostitution if voters next month approve Proposition K, a measure that forbids local authorities from investigating, arresting or prosecuting anyone for selling sex.
The ballot question technically would not legalize prostitution, since state law still prohibits it, but the measure would eliminate the power of local law enforcement officials to go after prostitutes.
Proponents say the measure will free up $11 million the police spend each year arresting prostitutes.
I didn't realize that city was spending that kind of money arresting prostitutes. That's a ton-o-money. And could someone please explain to me why "these" woman use stupid names. Yes, I realize using their real name isn't suitable but come on. Example, "Violet" depicted here. Couldn't she use the name Jane, Julie, Sheila, Janet? Dumb!
Today, I think we should all pick "new names" for ourselves. Today, you can call me "Daisy".
Have a super day!
- Jennifer..... I mean Daisy

Buzz Words That Annoy Me!
- MAVERICK: Come on Sarah PLEASE STOP SAYING THIS.... Love ya but I can't take it anymore.
- NEW ECONOMY: We're waiting!!!!
- SYNC-UP: What was wrong with saying, "Point the thing here" or "Let's hook-up tonight"
- COLD CALLING: This one I NEVER understood. "Yeah, I'll buy something from you with that attitude walking through the door"
- FUZZY LOGIC: Huh? I own a rice cooker that has Fuzzy Logic technology. I have no clue what it really is. That would probably explain why I paid $200 for the stupid thing because of that word. Shit!
- ALLIGATOR PROPERTY: One normal human being would think it's property for alligators. Nope. It's when your monthly mortgage, taxes, insurance payment is higher than the monthly rental income you get on your rental property. Boring!! See... annoys me.
- BIG BOX STORE: Argh....over used. Just call it Wal-Mart, Target, Home Depot or Lowes. Did I cover all the Big Box store names?
- CASH COW: Wish I owned a cash cow. Just say, "wow I make a lot of money with minimal effort."
Do you have any buzz words that annoy you? Hey, have a great day!!

I Was Lonely.......
Self: Remember the movie The Castaway with Tom Hanks....the one where he create
a friend and named him Wilson.....the soccer ball...........hahahah
Self: Yes, I do remember that!!!! And I can do the same............create a friend to be with me
and help me to not be afraid when I'm home alone.
So this is what I did tonight (hubby was off at churchmeeting). I created Thomas and Alexander and they were such a tremendous help and offered such wonderful companionship that I didn't once miss my hubby...................ahahahahaha
Here is a photo of Thomas in the kitchen helping me with the dishes. And he was glad to help.
Alexander helped with the laundry!!!!!
I had a
After we got the kitchen cleaned up it was time to watch the news. Thomas was very interested in the humidity here in Hempstead.
In the meantime, I was getting a little concerned about Alexander cause I hadn't seem him for awhile and sure enough, I found him at the bar going through all the bottles. I told him if he didn't leave the booze alone I was gonna get the paper shredder out. Last thing I heard from Alexander was the front door slamming.... stupid damn pumpkin...
After all that, he decided he was really, really tired so off to bed went............
So you see..........you don't have to be by yourself. With a little imagination, you to can have alot of friends to see you through the rough times!!!!

Poyz Calming Treats For Dogs
I have an energetic 11 month old puppy (English Cocker Spaniel) that I would probably love to shove about 12 of these pills down her throat but I have a problem with sedating animals unless medically necessary.

Here are some selling points on the product that I found pretty funny.
Poyz: 1. Why is my dog so anxious? You’re doing a good thing by taking care of a dog who otherwise might not experience the love and comfort you are providing. But you have to remember, most dogs were not bred to be house pets.
Me: Huh????? Aren't ALL DOGS BRED TO BE HOUSE PETS????
Poyz: 2. Is Poyz safe for my dog? Poyz is not a drug. It’s non-narcotic and it’s non-addictive. It’s not a sedative. Poyz is safe and all-natural. It won’t change your dog’s personality or leave him hung-over or overly drowsy.
Me: Okay, so how in the hell does it work?
Poyz: 3. Is it ethical? As a society, we don’t think twice about prescribing our children powerful pharmaceutical drugs to modify behavior so they can better concentrate and focus. Now, we’re not advocating any position one way or the other, but we are pointing out the inconsistency that what is condoned for our children and even ourselves some might regard as unsuitable for our pets!
Me: That's deep. Can we get back to the sedative your selling??
Poyz: 4. How does Poyz work? Let’s face it. It’s not easy being a dog. The days of wandering unfettered in the company of the pack, or hanging out with an ever-present companion on the farm or on the hunt are long since past. No longer are dogs doing what thousands of years of breeding bred them for; no longer are they hunting, guarding, herding or accompanying horses and wagons over miles and miles of open roads and fields…
Me: I don't know about you, but I know hundreds of dogs that do all of those things every day! And now this company is an authority on getting inside a dogs head. "It's not easy being a dog"?????? What, did you interview dogs to find that out??
Poyz: 5. How do I use Poyz? Every dog needs gentle, loving care in a safe, protected environment that is free from stress. With Poyz products you can help even the most nervous, hyperactive dog become more relaxed over time, so he can be a loved—and loving—member of your family.
Me: FREE FROM STRESS???? Stand in line. Have you looked at the news lately? Maybe I'll take these pills.
Poyz: 6. What are the ingredients? The ingredients in Poyz Daily are derived from all-natural sources and have been carefully selected to promote calmness and tranquility in dogs, even under extremely stressful situations. St. John's Wort, Hemp w/Omega, Valerian Root, Chamomilla, Lavender, GABA, and Skullcap.
Me: Um, Hemp? Since when does hemp come with Omega?? Do they have a drug dealer as one of their chemist? Why don't I drive downtown and buy a bag of pot from some unknown street peddler and just burn the stuff in the house like incense? AND WHAT IS SKULLCAP?? Do they sell that at GNC?
Poyz: 7. How has Poyz helped others?
We have a 7 year old Black Lab named Jake who barks and jumps non-stop. Jim M., Salinas CA
I have a weimaraner about 3 years old. - Kerry L., Cambridge, MA
Our Shepard was very aggressive and scaring the neighbors and children. - Lance Norman OK
Our male Collie was constantly chewing and digging. Charles B., New York NY
My 5 month old male Golden Retriever was driving us crazy! - Joan R., Austin TX
Me: Sorry folks, sounds like all of you have normal wonderful dogs!! WHY DON'T YOU GO TAKE A SEDATIVE and let your dog be a dog or put your dog through some sort of obedience training.
Well that's my soapbox today. Maybe the product does work? Who am I to judge. Just sounds like a silly solution. The next time my patience runs a little thin when "Luna" rips around my house like a normal spaniel, I'll think of what she's missing in her diet like Hemp with Omega and Skullcaps!!!
Happy

What to Buy?

Then I was thinking, how about a new motorcycle? Wait, he already has one of those too.

Or how about a new pair of Oakley's? Crap, he already has every style they make.

Or a pair of the sunglasses that Guy Fieri wears on the Food Network Channel. I emailed Guy a month ago and "his mama" emailed me back with the brand name of the sunglasses her son wears. These are made by "Gatorz". Gatorz Quantum Aluminum Frame with Sunburst Lens. Just in case you were wondering.

Then I was thinking something for his house. He pretty much has everything for his house but he does need a colander. Is that too cheap of a gift? Maybe that can wait for Christmas??

So I settled on the old stand-by. Taking him out to a fancy restaurant for a nice dinner! Now that was easier than I thought. Happy Birthday Larry!
What kind of gifts do you buy for birthday's???
